Georgia University (Tbilisi) was established in 2004 under the name “Georgian University of Social Sciences”.
From 2005 to 2007, the university developed and grew significantly. Master’s programs were added to bachelor’s programs. The first doctoral program students.
In 2010, for the first time in the post-Soviet era, the American agency OPIC (Overseas Private Investment Corporation) invested millions of dollars in developing the university’s environment
